Physical description
Short cotton floral Liberty print dress in pale blue, mushroom, pink and green hues on a white ground. Dress features an off the shoulder neckline with wide soft collar trimmed by a handmade fabric rose at centre front. Long ruched sleeves, shirred midriff and tulip skirt shaped by elastic.
