As you enter through the Waterwall entrance on St. Kilda Road, the Kimono exhibition is on the right-hand side or north end of the building.
A security team member will scan your ticket at the entry to the Kimono exhibition. The scanners have a light and make a beeping sound when scanning.
The Kimono exhibition has two sections or two large rooms with a small hallway in between.
This large room has bluestone flooring and dark walls. Artworks hang around the perimeter of the room and on a central display. There are two bench seats in the second half of the room.
Before the next gallery space, there is a long and thin space with a bench seat and moving image screens. The floor is bluestone.
The second and final section of the exhibition has light grey laminate flooring. One corner has light cream walls and display area. The other areas have dark walls and some moving image screens.
