Are you keen to apply for Top Arts, but would like to learn more about how to go about it? Register now for this free pre-recorded online tutorial to hear about the application and selection processes, and how to make your application stand out to the panel. Once registered, a link to the recording and password will be sent to you via email.

The annual Top Arts exhibition showcases outstanding artworks and folios by students who have completed VCE Art Making and Exhibiting or VCE Art Creative Practice and is a highlight of the NGV’s exhibition calendar. Students from across Victoria who have completed Units 3 and 4 of VCE in 2025 are warmly encouraged to apply to be part of the exhibition in 2026.

Applications open on Monday 1 September, and close Sunday 26 October 2025.

  • Gain tips to generate a highly polished online submission
