Redeeming your free ticket

How to redeem your free exhibition ticket

NGV Members can redeem one free exhibition ticket* each year of their Membership. You can do this online, by following the instructions below.

NGV Members: Buy Tickets

Select NGV Members: Buy tickets  button on the exhibition you want to visit and login with your Member email and password.

Select the date and time that you would like to attend.

Select Member Free Ticket

After selecting your preferred time and date to visit the exhibition, add your allocated quantity of free tickets to the Member free ticket option listed.
Confirm free ticket eligibility

If you are eligible for a free ticket, the ticket in your cart will be $0.00. If you do not have any free tickets remaining, you will be asked to change the quantity of tickets added to your cart.

Complete your order, and you will receive your ticket via the email that you have associated with your Membership.

You can also redeem your free exhibition ticket(s) by:

  • Calling 03 8620 2233 and speak to a member of our team
  • Contacting our Membership team via our online form nominating the exhibition you would like to see
  • Speaking to a member of our team at the ticketing desk or Members Lounge when visiting the Gallery
