2025 NGV Annual Appeal

This year, the NGV is seeking your support to help us secure Ernst Ludwig Kirchner’s Officer and waitress (Offizier und Kellnerin), 1915 for the Gallery’s Collection.

Support the appeal

Members are given a rare opportunity to come behind the scenes and engage directly with the NGV’s eighteenth-century porcelain collection.

International French porcelain specialist, John Whitehead, introduces participants to significant examples of Vincennes and Sèvres porcelain from the NGV Collection in an intimate viewing experience in the NGV’s conservation studio.

In this exclusive experience developed especially for NGV Members, guests will be able to observe works first-hand and engage in conversation with John as he handles and discusses the works.

This is a unique opportunity to learn about important works from the NGV Collection in the company of a world-renowned specialist.
