Members are invited to hear from Dr Miranda Wallace, Senior Curator of International Exhibitions, for an exclusive early introduction to CARTIER, the 2026 Melbourne Winter Masterpieces® exhibition that traces the evolution of Cartier’s enduring legacy in art, design and craftsmanship.
Spanning the Maison’s early years at the turn of the 20th century through to its most contemporary creations, the exhibition brings together some of Cartier’s most iconic pieces, such as the panther brooch, the mystery clock and the Tank watch, alongside other highlights from the Cartier Collection.
Members can learn about the curatorial approach and exhibition design behind this major exhibition, ahead of the exhibition opening on 12 June at NGV International.
Dr Miranda Wallace is Senior Curator, International Exhibitions at the NGV, where she works on the development and presentation of international loan exhibitions. These have included French Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (2025), Pierre Bonnard (2023), The Picasso Century (2022) and Gabrielle Chanel: Fashion Manifesto (2021).
Please note your ticket to this Members Talk does not include entry to CARTIER. Exhibition tickets sold separately.
