Before experiencing CARTIER, learn about the more than 400 extraordinary objects – from precious jewels and historic gemstones to iconic watches and clocks – in an exclusive Members-only talk.

Through a richly illustration presentation, Members will hear how CARTIER, the 2026 Melbourne Winter Masterpieces® exhibition, traces the evolution of Cartier’s enduring legacy in art, design and craftsmanship.

Created by the V&A, London, in partnership with the National Gallery of Victoria and in collaboration with Cartier, this remarkable exhibition features loans from significant international collections, alongside highlights from the Cartier Collection.

Hear from Imogen Mallia-Valjan, Assistant Curator, International Decorative Arts and Design, NGV, as she introduces the exhibition exclusively for Members.

About the speaker

Imogen Mallia-Valjan is Assistant Curator, International Decorative Arts and Design, at the National Gallery of Victoria, Australia (NGV). Imogen has a BA in Ancient History and a MA in Museum Studies from the University of Queensland.
