Since 2016 the NGV and MECCA have partnered to support women in the arts and the acquisition of works by emerging Australian female artists into the NGV collection. This year, MECCA’s support has enabled the acquisition of three works by Sydney-based artist Louise Zhang for the NGV Collection, now on display at NGV Australia.

NGV curator Katharina Prugger speaks with Louise Zhang about the creation of these works, and the symbolism behind them.

This program will be delivered online.
