The NGV Garden comes alive as we celebrate the best of Melbourne music, food, bars and entertainment with expanded seating and picnic areas to enjoy. Grab a drink, a bite to eat and enjoy music every weekend from 12–5pm in the garden as the NGV presents a line-up of local Melbourne musicians, bands and DJs on the Triennial Stage.

Tide (Alcides Neto) is a Brazilian guitarist, percussionist and vocalist based in Melbourne. Inspired by folk music from his home country, Tide presents his perspective of Brazilian music, mixing traditional styles with experimental sounds from percussive instruments to animal calls. Tide is noted by his distinctive percussive style of playing guitar, melding fingerstyle and articulate strumming techniques to achieve a dynamic, delicate and varied sound.

Foura (previously Lotus Moonchild) is Melbourne’s dance music benchmark, confidently DJing and producing a path through bass, electronic, garage, house and techno. Foura’s ability as a selector for dancefloors has garnered the position as resident at Revolver Upstairs, Glamorama, Section 8 and Lucky Coq.
