Join author Tony Thompson to step inside the world of Shakespeare. Through a series of guided writing exercises, taking inspiration from artworks in the NGV Collection to shape your own Shakespeare-inspired works.

Tony Thompson is a Melbourne based writer and teacher. His books include Shakespeare: The Most Famous Man in London, a lively study of Shakespeare’s time in the big city, Summer of Monsters, a novel about the early life of Mary Shelley, and On Track: The Doors, a reappraisal of The Doors’ musical career.
