What are the hidden stories behind the works of the Jacobean painter William Larkin?

Larkin was one of the most accomplished portrait painters of Jacobean England, receiving commissions from various members of the English nobility.

Visiting conservator Sarah Cove shares her research into the conservation and restoration of Larkin’s paintings, shedding light on the materials and techniques of this English court painter.
