Booked Tour Requests

    Please note that this is a booking request only. Your booking will be confirmed in writing within 7 days.

    Booked tours cost $12 per person and are available for social and community groups of 10 or more ($120 minimum fee applies).

    We require a minimum of two weeks' notice for all bookings. Changes to your booking must be made in writing and can be made up to 7 days prior to your visit.

    Private tours are delivered in English, you are welcome to arrange a translator to attend with your group. Please contact us to discuss options for tours in other languages.

    Date Selection

    We recommend you provide two date options for your private tour to avoid disappointment. We will do our best to accommodate your first preference, however due to high demand this may not always be possible.

    Please note, we try and avoid public tour times at 11:00am and 1:00pm daily.

    Terms and Conditions

    Payment must be paid at least one week prior to your visit with a credit card. Any amendments, including changes to participant numbers, must be finalised before payment. Full fees will be incurred for cancellations within 7 days of your booking.
