Physical description
Dress in blue and silver narrow horizontal striped silk with dropped shoulder-line and epaulettes on sleeves. The bodice fastens through centre front with hooks and eyes. Buttons are appliqued over the top. The skirt is box pleated and features a watch pocket. The dress is hand made.
