You can renew your Membership online, over the phone or in person with our customer service team at the NGV.

To renew online:

  • Log into your online account or click here to set a password if you have not previously done so. If you have trouble accessing your account, please contact our office on +61 3 8620 2233.
  • Click the Membership level below you would like to renew and then click ‘Join Now’.
  • Double check your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Once processed, you will receive your new Membership card in the post within 3 weeks.
  • If you visit the Gallery before you receive your new card, please collect a temporary card from the Members Lounge to use in the interim.
  • Automatic Renewal for NGV Membership now available. Simply opt in when renewing your membership online and provide your current credit card details and your renewal will be processed automatically for hassle free Membership. Terms and conditions available when renewing.
