Discover the fundamentals of visual art in this free, interactive online series for primary school students. Offered each term, these programs will spark curiosity and creativity while deepening students’ understanding of the elements of art. Join an NGV educator live online each term to focus on a different art element, and explore how artists from a variety of cultural and historical contexts use line, shape, colour, texture and more to express unique ideas and convey meaning.

These programs support the Exploring and Developing Practices strands of the Victorian and Australian Visual Arts Curricula.

These programs will be delivered online via WebEx. Register to join the live discussions each term and also receive access to a recording of the program valid for the remainder of that term.
