Guided by fashion illustrator Angie Réhe, this course is designed to help you develop your fashion illustration skills.
From capturing dynamic poses to exploring creative approaches for expressing garment details, you will discover the intricacies of fashion design through selected works from the NGV Collection.
Drawing inspiration from the current fashion display Radical Aesthetics: Japanese Fashion from the NGV Collection, you will learn techniques for illustrating couture garments and create a series of your own fashion illustrations.
The course will begin with a talk by Charlotte Botica, Assistant Curator of Fashion and Textiles at NGV, introducing participants to a selection of works on display in Radical Aesthetics.

The course takes place on Saturday 25 July from 12–5pm.
