2025 NGV Annual Appeal

This year, the NGV is seeking your support to help us secure Ernst Ludwig Kirchner’s Officer and waitress (Offizier und Kellnerin), 1915 for the Gallery’s Collection.

Support the appeal

We invite Members to an exclusive talk on French Impressionism, the 2025 NGV Melbourne Winter Masterpieces® exhibition that explores the timelessness of one of the most renowned movements in art history.

Presented by the NGV in partnership with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the exhibition features more than 100 iconic paintings, including additional works never-before-seen in Australia.

This breathtaking display is one of the largest and most significant collections of French Impressionism ever to visit Australia, featuring works from Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Edgar Degas, and more.

Join NGV Curators as they introduce the exhibition exclusively for Members and their guests.

Members also have the opportunity to preview the exhibition before it opens to the public. Join us for an exclusive preview after the talk.
