Enjoy a day out with family and friends at the NGV these school holidays with this free making activity led by artist and illustrator Ashley Ronning at The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia, Federation Square.
Take a moment to think with your hands when you pinch, roll, pat and shape plasticine to create a miniature animal friend with Ashley. You can take your finished plasticine pal home to play with or even give to a friend to treasure.
For parents and carers
This workshop stimulates creative thinking, supports children to problem solve as they create and share their achievements and challenges with others. The use of modelling clay supports the development of fine motor skills. Suitable for all ages, with parent or carer supervision.
