Share in a child’s early art experiences and discover artworks from the NGV together with online sessions designed for children aged 2 – 5 years and their parents or carers.
Trouble opening the lunch box, need more swings in the playground? – overcoming obstacles is a familiar part of children’s daily lives. This session, children can discover how designers and architects like Kengo Kuma take inspiration from everyday problems and occurrences and transform them into innovative designs and fabulous forms! Children can then view a demonstration of an art-making activity to construct a fantasy building of the future using this NGV Kids activity sheet.
Facilitated by Stephanie Pohlman, Youth and Families Coordinator and Kayla Clinch, Children’s Programs Administration Assistant, NGV Kids.
