Share in a child’s early art experiences and discover artworks from the NGV together with online sessions designed for children aged 2 – 5 years and their parents or carers.
From a table made with people’s donations of pieces of plastic collected from the ocean to the teams involved in making Japanese woodblock prints, in this session children will look at artworks from the NGV Collection and find out how artists share ideas and work with people to create innovative designs.
Children can then share their thoughts on how they work together followed by demonstration of a collaborative art-making activity using the What’s New activity sheet.
Facilitated by Stephanie Pohlman, Youth and Families Coordinator and Nicole Hohaia, Family and Community Access Coordinator.
