The Salon

The NGV Salon is a gallery space that replicates the look and feel of an exhibition at the Royal Academy in London or the annual Salon in Paris in the mid-nineteenth century. It is one of the most beloved spaces in NGV International, so what makes it so special? Travel back in time for a virtual stroll through the Salon and learn about some of the artworks and their stories on display along the way.
