We are delighted to exclusively share with you, online access to the remarkable publication French Impressionism from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
This substantial volume offers insights into the conditions leading to the emergence of French Impressionism in the 1870s, the radical modes of experimentation that characterise the movement, and the many connections between its leading artists, creating an informative study of this enduringly fascinating art movement. Artworks by leading exponents of French Impressionism are reproduced in high detail and are accompanied by a suite of new texts by curators at both art museums.
