Join award winning architect Angelo Candalepas for an exclusive presentation, drinks and canapés.
Eminently recognised in Australia and internationally, Candalepas’s designs honour ancient values within a contemporary practice. In conversation with Ewan McEoin, Candalepas will discuss his early life, inspiration and architectural practice, culminating in his winning design for The Fox: NGV Contemporary – one of the most significant projects in Australia’s cultural and architectural history.
Part memoir, part travelogue the evening will offer a personal and fascinating insight into what drives and inspires Candalepas’s creative mind.
Under Candalepas’s leadership, Candalepas Associates has won numerous Australian architectural awards, including the Sulman Medal, Frederick Romberg Award and Seidler Award. The firm is acknowledged as being one of the 100 most interesting emerging architectural offices in the world.
