You indemnify the NGV in respect of all claims made in connection with your attendance at NGV Premises, except where such claim arises as a result of a negligent or wilful act, omission or otherwise by the NGV, or an act or omission by the NGV that is intended to cause damage or loss.
To the full extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the NGV from all claims and demands on the NGV and any loss or damage whatsoever and whenever caused, arising from your attendance at NGV Premises.
If any of these Terms and Conditions of Public Entry are illegal or unenforceable, the offending part is to be disregarded and does not affect the remaining part.
In these Terms and Conditions of Public Entry, the phrase ‘NGV Premises’ includes The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia at Federation Square, Melbourne; NGV International at 180 St Kilda Road, Melbourne; and any other premises managed or controlled by the NGV and at which these Terms and Conditions are displayed.
