Celebrating 25 years at the NGV in 2019, the annual Top Arts exhibition is a significant part of the NGV calendar, offering students an opportunity to exhibit their technical brilliance and innovation.
This popular exhibition presents outstanding work by students who have completed Art or Studio Arts studies in the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) the previous school year, and provides insight into young people’s ideas, thinking and creative practices.
