In conjunction with VATE, NGV Learn is offering teachers of English the opportunity to discover the power of art to develop core skills in Reading and Viewing, Writing and Speaking and Listening.

Teachers will engage in a series of interactive practical activities easily transferable to the classroom.

In the afternoon session, novelist, short story writer, reviewer and teacher Dr Kalinda Ashton will introduce strategies to help students generate creative writing.
