printed in ink on support reverse c.: VIEWS OF VICTORIA. / (GENERAL SERIES.) / No. 35. / VIEW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF BALLAN. / The Township of Ballan is situated near the Bullarook Forest, and is distant about twenty miles from Ballarat. / It is chiefly a small agricultural town, but it has become notable of late owing to its Mineral Springs, of which / there are several in the neighbourhood. The most important one is owned by Messrs. Joske & Co., who supply the / public with this delightful beverage.
