printed in ink on support reverse c.: VIEWS OF VICTORIA. / (GENERAL SERIES.) / No. 43. / SCENE IN THE STUDLEY PARK VALLEY. / The banks of the River Yarra, in many parts of Studley Park, are exceedingly precipitous, whilst on the / opposite side of the River the ground is almost as level as a plain. Our illustration is taken from near one of / those steep declivities, as may be seen from the winding track on the left-hand side of the picture. The River is navigable for good-sized boats in many parts of the Park, whilst in other places, owing to the Falls and the / shallows, the water course is broken.
