Thank you for participating in the NGV Schools Support Program. Please note that this is a booking request only. You will receive confirmation via email within 5 working days. We require 4 weeks’ notice for all bookings.

    Date Selection

    We recommend you provide three date options for your program to avoid disappointment. We will do our best to accommodate your first preference, however due to high demand this may not always be possible.

    Due to capacity limits please note that some groups may need to be split across different time slots and large groups may need to be split across more than one date.

    Please keep in mind the duration of the program you are requesting and that programs start at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm and 2:30pm.

    Terms and Conditions

    We do not take tentative bookings. Bookings are considered firm at time of booking. Any amendments, including changes to participant numbers, must be made by email at least 14 days prior to the program.
