Meet artists and designers online and explore the playful side of making art. Developed for primary-aged children, these 45-minute artist-led activities use everyday art supplies and are designed to stimulate creative thinking. Children are welcome to participate on their own or get the whole family to join in the fun.

Artist: Scotty So

Scotty So works across media, using painting, photography, site-responsive installation, video and drag performance to explore ideas around Chinese culture and identity. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Scotty graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with First Class Honours at the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne, Australia, 2019. Scotty’s work has been displayed in Hong Kong, Greater China and Australia, including the NGV Triennial 2020. Children are invited to explore historical Chinese fashion with Scotty and make their own wearable art pieces.
