Celebrating over 25 years at the NGV, the annual Top Arts exhibition presents the exceptional and thought-provoking work of VCE Art and VCE Studio Arts students from the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) of the previous school year. While the NGV is temporarily closed to the public, current VCE students and teachers can access Top Arts 2020 online.
